Bram Levinson is an internationally acclaimed author (The Examined Life, A Year In The Light: Daily Spiritual Life Hacks, Intentions & Reminders), yoga and meditation teacher, blogger and mentor. With complementary studies in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hinduism, yoga philosophy and spirituality, Bram offers alternative approaches to physical, mental and emotional well-being. His aim is to promote healing and spiritual understanding of who we are, why we are here and what this life journey is really all about through group and private classes as well as mentoring sessions, workshops and yoga vacations. He has been on the faculties of multiple conferences, festivals and teacher trainings, and travels throughout the year to bring his teachings to students and teachers around the world. .
To date Bram has coached individuals through the challenges of anxiety, eating disorders, marital issues, career changes, goal-setting, as well as overcoming fear related to getting married, having children, setting boundaries with loved ones and getting past the trappings of grief, addiction and negative thought/behavioural patterns.
