Job Requirements

The Coach’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be available to coach between 15-25 hours per week (group classes and personal training)
  • Be personable, engaging and have the ability to convey expertise to others
  • Lead group classes. Manage flow, provide instruction & maintain safety.
  • Provide individualized coaching and support (personal training)
  • Help members see the small wins in every workout
  • Actively engage in professional development and continuing education
  • Promote and exemplify the CrossFit Westmount mission & core values and support the development of the business
