What brought you to CrossFit in the first place?

I had been going to a regular gym for some time and always felt like my workouts were kind of the same…Monotonous and never felt like I was improving or gaining any physical benefits.

What was your first impression?  How has that changed?

My First impression was that it truly was a community and everyone was so welcoming of me coming in. Never felt out of place at all and all of the staff and members were so positive.

What was your first highlight?

Using the assault bike and being “relatively good” afterwards…For real….that thing is my arch nemesis and avoid it all the time!

What would you tell someone thinking about getting started?

Stop Thinking….Do it. CrossFit workouts are like nothing you’ve ever done before…No 2 workouts a like!

What is your favorite CrossFit Westmount memory?

Going to the Ugly Christmas Sweater Workout…How people were able to pull off working out in those sweaters amazed me!!
