The pyramid says it all. Ultimately, nutrition is the base of the fitness pyramid and plays a critical role in our fitness. We coach movement at CrossFit Westmount, though maximizing our training efforts starts with how we fuel our bodies.

Our nutrition program (like our Personal Training and CrossFit Programs) is not an all-or-nothing approach and is not about quick short-term changes.  We combine coaching and ongoing accountability to create behaviour changes and habits that help support your long-term health & fitness goals.

Step 1 – Complete a Nutrition Foundations Program

Based on the option you choose, you will meet with our nutrition coach to talk about your goals, get measurable data with our biometric scale, and build a sustainable nutrition plan.  This phase is all about implementing the foundations.

Step 2 – Accountability

This is where most people struggle: maintaining good nutrition for life. In this stage, you’ll work with a nutrition coach on a weekly basis to keep you on track with your goals, get remeasured (if necessary), and make small tweaks based on the trends in progress. The Accountability Stage is only available once a Nutrition Foundations program has been completed.
