The pyramid says it all. Ultimately, nutrition is the base of the fitness pyramid and plays a critical role in our fitness. We coach movement at CrossFit Westmount, though maximizing our training efforts starts with how we fuel our bodies.

Our nutrition program is not an all-or-nothing approach and is not about quick short-term changes.  We combine coaching and ongoing accountability to create behavior changes and habits that help support your long-term health & fitness goals.

This is where most people struggle: maintaining good nutrition for life. In this stage, you’ll work with a coach on a weekly basis to keep you on track with your goals, and make small tweaks based on the trends in progress. The Accountability Stage requires a 3 week commitment.
