Tell me a bit more about the Spring into Summer Program…
After a few weeks cooped up at-home, the aim of the program is to dial in our nutrition to look and feel our best for summer. You will be encouraged to shift your mindset and make changes in your habits. These shifts and adjustments are intended to be attainable and sustainable. The program will help simplify the complex topic of nutrition by providing you with small and manageable weekly concepts and daily practices that will become lasting habits and help support your fitness goals and overall well being.
In this program. we will be taking a “progress, not perfection” approach and give you concrete recommendations on what food to eat more of, eat some of and eat less of. The beauty of the program is you will learn to make better food choices based on where you are right now – to feel, move and look better.
The Goal is to FEEL Amazing and:
learn what food to eat more of, eat some of and eat less of
make healthier food choices
adjust our mindset around food and nutrition
How Does it Work?
Prior to the kickoff, we will send you a link to request access to the CrossFit Westmount 21 Day SPRING INTO SUMMER private Facebook Group and ask you to complete a short survey so we can understand what you need from the program so we can help you best. You will also receive the program guidelines so you can prepare for the 21 days & set yourself up for success.
Every Sunday starting on the 17th of May, we will send an email with a weekly concept and follow that up with a small daily focus. Since this program is all about building habits, overall participation is purely based on your ability to integrate the lessons into practice. To help you stay accountable, we will have a Coach oversee the program and give you accountability via a Private Facebook group. The Facebook group is also a place where you can receive your weekly challenges, share your progress with other members and ask your nutrition related questions.
Why 21 days?
21 days is the proven amount of time for us to make real changes to our habits. It is also the right amount of time for us to begin to rid of addictions and cravings to sugary foods, and start to adjust how your body uses the energy you fuel it with.
