In teams of 2-4:

Accumulate 500 Burpees

1. Max Burpees
2. 8-12 Ring Rows
3. 30-50 Double Unders
4. Rest

If teams of 3 – 375 Burpees
If teams of 2 – 250 Burpees

*1 athlete per station, rotate EMOM*
