P2. 25 Sit-ups + 25 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (24/16)
P1. Max Overhead Lunges (45/25)
Athlete 1 will do the 1st and 3rd station in the first 5min Round while Athlete 2 does the 2nd station, then they switch for each Round. 1 Person works at a time
