50 Push Jerks (115/80)
50 Toes to Bar
100 Burpees
Then;
50/40 Calorie Assault Bike

*If the first 50/40 Calorie Bike is completed in 2min or less then the team does not need to do the 50/40 Calorie Bike at the end of the workout*
