We are reopening the gym for personal training on Friday, March 26th as of 7am. While this isn’t a full reopening, we’re excited to see you in person while we work through this stage (see our re-open plan here). We believe this is a great opportunity to rebuild safely, get you refreshed on movements and increase your confidence again.

1:1 Personal Training
If you haven’t tried a personal training session before, here’s why many members choose to do a 1:1 session weekly or monthly: We’ll create the best workouts for your current condition while keeping you safe and injury free. Working with one of our coaches provides the instruction, support, and accountability that you need to stay on track whether you want to get stronger, get leaner or add to a current program. Kick Start – 30 Day Fitness Program
Learn the basics first to see better results. This program is designed for beginners or anyone who took a break from training and needs a kick start to get back to those healthy habits through exercise and nutrition. When you register for the program you will get:
- 12 Personal Training Sessions
- Access to our digital fitness app
- 1 Flexibility routine per week
- Our Comprehensive Nutrition Handbook
- 4 weeks of Nutrition support (habit based coaching)
- Text communication with your coach to stay accountable to your goals
- 2 x InBody Scans to track your progress

FLEX Add-On for Online Coaching Members
This is the bridge between online coaching and in-person training.
Online Coaching members will be able to add on in-person training sessions with a coach to their current online memberships. If you cannot wait to get back to the barbell and cardio equipment with a coach, this upgrade is perfect for you.
The schedule for FLEX sessions will be as follows (they will be able to be booked online):
Monday to Friday: 7am, 8am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm
Weekends: 9am and 10am

Sprung from the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve established a great program for anyone that does not have time or does not feel comfortable returning to a gym. We quickly pivoted to online coaching when we closed during the first lockdown in March 2020 and then put it to action again in October 2020. The online coaching option will help you build your fitness from home, remove any guess work and connect you with one of our coaches to keep you on track with your goals.
